Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Cloudmersive, a global leader in API solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. The SDR role at Cloudmersive is a key member of our sales organization and serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to generate new business and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

An ideal fit for this position is:

  • Conduct prospecting for qualified leads (via telephone, email, social media and other tools) in accordance with lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver a strong understanding of our API solutions and services to conduct initial introduction calls, assess business needs, and manage outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create strategy for identifying and approaching target accounts.
  • Use CRM and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
