In this article we cover techniques for troubleshooting container functionality in Cloudmersive Private Cloud. Step 1 - Run Windows Container DiagnosticsRun the following commands to run Windows Container Diagnostic tests. If any tests do not return green (e.g. red), investigate further with your Cloudmersive support team. The most often cause for issues here are due to software conflicts or configuration conflicts that block container functionality.
Step 2 - Run Cloudmersive Container DiagnosticsDownload the latest version of the Cloudmersive Private Cloud Installer, then perform the Update command as listed in the portal. Once completed, run this command:
Investigate the results further with the Cloudmersive support team. Step 3 - Upgrade Docker runtimeDownload the latest version of the Cloudmersive Private Cloud Installer, and run the Upgrade Docker command to upgrade to the latest version of Docker.
Restart your server and retest your API functionality. |
