Private Cloud Virus Scan API Logging Configuration

To enable logging for Cloudmersive Private Cloud Virus Scan API, navigate to the Cloudmersive Management Portal. Click on Private Cloud, and then select the relevant node. Click on Configure Node. Then click on Advanced Configuration. Select Log Virus Scan Outcomes to Local File and click Save Changes. Then click on Push Configuration.

This will log Virus Scan API outcomes to C:\Cloudmersive\VirusScanAPI.log. Fields in the log file from left to right (for Advanced Scan API calls) are:

  • Timestamp
  • ScanType
  • UserAgent
  • FileName
  • FileSHA1Hash
  • FileMD5Hash
  • CleanResult
  • ContainsExecutable
  • ContainsHtml
  • ContainsInsecureDeserialization
  • ContainsInvalidFile
