Remote Diagnostics for Cloudmersive Private Cloud |

To assist Cloudmersive Support engineers in diagnosing issues, customers can enable Remote Diagnostics on their Private Cloud server:

Navigate to the Cloudmersive Management Portal

Click on Private Cloud

Click on the Private Cloud server(s) in question, then click on Configure Node

Click on Advanced Configuration

Check the boxes for Basic Diagnostic Data Collection and Full Diagnostic Data Collection . Click on Save Changes

Perform the Restart command from the Cloudmersive Management portal on the relevant server.
